Millennium Update

The Millennium fund appears to be on target at present thanks to everyone who has completed standing orders and supported the numerous events, but your continued support is needed to ensure that all the plans become a reality. The February edition of the newsletter included register of intent forms for the New Year's Eve Dinner Dance, children's day trip and the Hurst Millennium diary. It also included order forms for the exclusive H2K glass collection. If you have not yet returned your form please do so to avoid disappointment.

Some 140 people were expected at the May Ball which is the biggest indoor event so far. Hopefully this will be surpassed by the welcome return of Jazz in the Park. This year this superb event will take place on 3rd July and promises to be even better than last, so come along with your picnic hamper and bottle of wine or even your table and candelabra and join in the fun. Don't worry if you forget the wine as there will be a licensed bar on site. Tickets will be on sale throughout the village but also at the Hurst Horse Show where other Millennium merchandise will be on sale.
