SUCCESSFUL HORSE SHOW
In spite of no show jumping or showing classes this year, Hurst's Horse Show was a success, and raised more than £7,000 for local good causes and St. Nicholas Primary School.
The committee, which organised this year’s event for the first time, is already gathering the lessons learned, and making plans for next year.
"It was good to see so many people there even though we didn't have the horse classes. We were blessed with fantastic weather and people really enjoyed themselves. The Saturday evening barbeque was a great success," said David Lochman, one of the organisers.
