Early produce show
HH&CGS meets four or five times throughout the year, usually in the Cricket Club. The next meeting will be members' show on Friday 4 July at 7.30pm (venue to be confirmed). This is a light-hearted early produce show offering the chance for gardeners to judge each other's exhibits.
In the meantime there are social events to take our minds off the gardens and allotments. A skittles evening including a cold buffet supper has been arranged for Thursday 22 May from 7.30 - 11pm at the Jack O'Newbury in Binfield. We're planning a Rebellion Brewery tour at Marlow on Tuesday 1 July, transport to be arranged. Please call 0118 934 xxxx soon if you are interested in either of these outings.
HH&CGS in conjunction with Hurst Football Club organised a very successful Valentines Musical Event including supper and dance on 15 February, the event raised £960.00, which was split in favour of the football club.
