Coming this Autumn

Yoga in September
A new Yoga class will start in September on Sunday evenings from 6.15 - 7.30pm in the Large Village Hall. Rona Noble, who is an experienced Yoga teacher and practitioner, will lead the class. If you would like to relax and be more flexible then Yoga is for you. Men and women of all ages enjoy Yoga as a way of improving their health, so why not give it a try? Rona will be pleased to see novices as well as people with experience of Yoga. Contact Rona (934 xxxx) for an information sheet and form.

This year's HVS Newsletters will be published in September and December
If you would like to publicise events and activities of a Village-based organisation or group in the H.V.S. Newsletter, please contact Wendy Tobitt on 934 xxxx.

Make a Difference at Dinton Pastures
Keeping wildlife and nature reserves "in shape" requires a lot of time and energy. On 28 October, which is national "Make a Difference Day", Dinton Pastures is looking for helpers to make paths, clear scrub, and clean ponds.

Tree-planting in November
Have you decided where you would like to plant a tree this autumn? Would you be able to help plant trees around the village? Have you got a flatbed truck, or similar transport, you could lend to the H.V.S. for a weekend so that we can collect and distribute the trees to be planted in the village?

For more information about the Hurst Village Tree-Planting Weekend please contact Janet Spiller on 934 xxxx.
