Saturday 1 July - Jazz in the Park presented by H2k and featuring The Swamp Things and The James Alley Jazzmen in Willowmead Field, School Rd. Bring your own picnic, table, chairs, wine and friends. Friday 28 July 5.30pm - Lads versus Dads Cricket Match at Hurst Cricket Club. Book your place on the teams now by calling David Shapland 934 xxxx, Rod King 934 xxxx or Bob Willmot 934 xxxx. Licensed bar will be available, and if you’re not playing, get your seat on the boundary early and bring a picnic. Entry fee £1, and 50p for pensioners and children. All proceeds to charities.

31 July - 2 August - Great Newt! Six free workshops at Dinton Pastures for anyone over 10 years old to help create a monster sculpture of a 10 ft great crested newt. Book on 934 xxxx.
