More Services at St. Nicholas Church

There is now a wider selection of services at St. Nicholas Church, writes the vicar the Rev. Douglas Loveridge. The biggest change is to Morning Praise, an all-age service of celebration, on the second Sunday of each month, with a special welcome to everyone.

There will also be a modern Eucharist on the fourth Sunday of each month, with traditional Eucharist on other Sundays as before. Please note there is now an 11.00am service every Sunday at St. Nicholas.

Harvest Thanksgiving takes place on Sunday 22nd September at 11.00am.

Traditional gifts are very welcome for distribution, however we are also asking for gifts for Feed the Children, a Twyford-based charity, that takes food and blankets to needy children in Angola. Items sought are rice, pasta, dried pulses, tins of tomatoes, and tinned fruit. We would welcome gifts and donations for this need even if you are not coming to church! Call the Parish Office on 0118 934 xxxx for more information.
